Yeah people picked on me, i always looked down, i was fat, i was shy n then on top of it all they picked on me for my heritage and skin color. After i joined ROTC i made some great friends, hatain, white,brazilian, russian,puerto rican n me the mexican,we were the most diverse group n they knew what things were like but i started as that chuby shy guy at the bottom of the food chain. Its a military progam n i rose through the ranks i never had the intention but i became the executive officer by senior year, second in command of over 200 people, great shape n best of all i gained amazing confidence. I would walk into a room n because of what i did in my rotc career i was respected, greeted properly it felt great. I didnt give in if i had i would not have been one of the three mexicans that graduated at top.Dont let it get to u we r a great people show it!
